I saw that a girlfriend of mine posted a photo of her new MK watch that her boyfriend got her.. And I’m like, “Wow. That is a beautiful watch. I sure wouldn’t mind having something like that.” My boyfriend doesn’t exactly like to spend his money.. Unless it’s on electronics. So, when I ever get something, it’s like pair of new head phones or a new flash drive.. maybe if I’m lucky I get a camera (used). Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate what I am graced with, but let’s be real. A girlfriend (MOTHER OF YOUR CHILD) deserves flowers, her favorite chocolate, her favorite stuffed animal, maaaaaybe even jewelry!I’m not high maintenance at all, but that doesn’t mean I would enjoy getting something along those lines every once in a while. 

Should I be bothered or maybe even kind of upset that my boyfriend doesn’t surprise me with awesome girly gifts?
